Steel Bands
All participants will be divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level ensembles. Each group will have to opportunity to learn several pieces with hands-on instruction from our world-class faculty. At the end of the week, all your hard work will be showcased on stage in downtown Morgantown!
Panel Discussions
Panel Discussions will be held every morning for educators and players who are interested in various pan-related topics. (i.e. how to start a steel band at various education levels, the engine room, the business of pan, etc.) Discussion topics will be finalized through survey in June.
Masterclasses
All participants will have to opportunity to hear great afternoon and evening lectures from our great faculty, and of course, Dr. Ellie Mannette. No one tells a story like Ellie, so you're in for a real treat!
